The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) recently offered emergency grants to States to address mental and substance use disorders in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) partnered with CBC and Coordinated Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) IPAs and successfully applied for and received $2M in emergency grant funding.
