Deeana Dobrer, MS joined CBC in 2016, and currently serves as the Director of SI Programs; managing the SI CARES Health Home at Risk Program and leading the initiative of CBC’s Staten Island community hot-spotting program, HEALTHi.   Deeana earned her Master’s Degree in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the New School University and has over 10 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, focusing her attention on serving at-risk and vulnerable communities, including management experience for services for individuals impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
