Barry Granek, LMHC joined CBC in 2015 and is now the Senior Director for the innovative Pathway Home Program where he has been integral to the development and oversight of this Critical Time Intervention (CTI) adapted program model. Under his leadership, he has rapidly added 6 new teams and targeted additional populations, including the Bronx homeless population and those with criminal justice involvement. He earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Community Counseling and Post Master’s Degree in Counseling At-Risk Youth at Johns Hopkins University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State.
