Melissa Martinez, MS joined CBC in 2015 and is currently the Director of CBC’s Health Home. Over the past three years, she has worked collaboratively to support the expansion of the CBC’s care management network to accommodate the rollout of Health Home Serving Children, Adult Home Plus and Health Home Plus. Prior to joining CBC, Melissa spent nearly ten years in research administration and program development for diverse and underrepresented communities.  Melissa holds a MS in Applied Social Research from Hunter College.
