Tracie Jones, LMSW joined CBC in 2016 as the Director of Quality Assurance for the Health Home program where she monitored the quality of care and compliance of care management agencies through the enhancement of policies and procedures, performance improvement plans and training.  She then assumed the role of Senior Director, Quality Performance Management overseeing CBC’s full array of service offerings and supporting the CBC IPA toward the goal of utilizing outcome-driven interventions to provide the highest quality of care and leveraging those outcomes to be the preferred behavioral health network in New York City.  Tracie earned her Graduate Degree from Columbia School of Social Work and worked in both a clinical and QA/QI capacity for non-profits that primarily serve the homeless population and people with severe mental illness.
