Amanda joined CBC in 2012 to assist in the establishment of CBC’s Health Home, and now directs one of the largest health home in NYS for both adults and children. Under her management, the Health Home has grown to 48 delegated care management agencies currently serving over 17,000 enrolled individuals. Recently, she was nominated and elected to the NYC Metro Seat at the NYS Coalition of Health Homes.  She led three complex Health Home activities launching Health Home services for children serving more than 4,000 young people, supporting over a third of HARP enrollment in CBC Health Home, and ensuring Trauma Informed Care, Gaps in Care and individualized technical assistance are at the forefront of CBC’s network service delivery. Under her management, Health Home enrollment for adults has grown significantly, bolstered in part by special initiatives for the Adult Home, justice-involved individuals, and homeless populations.

Prior to CBC, Amanda managed and provided direct service in the areas of behavioral health, inpatient, and community treatment. She also brings extensive insight from managed care organizations, having worked as an administrator in a prominent behavioral health MCO. Amanda has an Advance Certificate in Integrated Primary and Behavioral Health Care from NYU McSilver Institute and has a Graduate Degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. She has presented at NYS Care Management Coalition Conferences and at Hunter College School of Social Work to providers in areas including Primary and Behavioral Health Integration and Introduction to Care Management in Health Homes.
