Diane Novy
As CBC’s first managed care executive, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from more than thirty years working in the managed care sector.
Diane spent the first 25 years of her career working for managed care plans, developing, and managing provider networks for Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and commercial health plans and negotiating contracts with all types of providers including large hospital systems and IPAs. Diane also has expertise negotiating and implementing value-based payment arrangements.
Most recently Diane had the opportunity to work for The Jewish Board if Family and Children’s services, a large provider of mental health services where she was senior director of managed care. There she gained insight into the behavioral sector and used her vast understanding of managed care to negotiate better reimbursement and contract terms with managed care plans.
In her new position as CBC’s senior vice president, managed care and network development, Diane will have the opportunity to leverage all the experience acquired throughout her career to expand opportunities for CBC’s participating providers.
