Network Benefits

Quality Performance Management & Compliance

As healthcare evolves from volume-based to value-based care, the CBC Network serves as a cornerstone for the effective deployment of population health management initiatives. We take responsibility for defining, prioritizing, overseeing, and monitoring the CBC Enterprise’s Clinically Integrated Goals and Objectives, ensuring alignment with the highest standards of care and outcomes.

Key Quality Management Activities

  • Selection of Quality Measures: Annually identifying quality measures to evaluate provider performance and support Medicaid Managed Care Organization/Value-Based Payment (VBP) contracts.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key quality indicators to drive informed decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring and Recommendations: Assessing performance improvement efforts for effectiveness and providing actionable recommendations to network providers.
  • Quality Improvement Program: Facilitating individual and group training, learning collaboratives, and technical assistance to enhance provider performance.
  • Practice Standards Development: Creating and sharing tested practice standards that improve outcomes, enabling system-wide change across the network.

Compliance Program

CBC maintains a robust compliance program that adheres to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, healthcare industry standards, and ethical business practices. Our program is designed to:
  • Expand existing management control structures to ensure operational integrity.
  • Operate a system of checks and balances to prevent and address compliance risks.
  • Foster a culture of compliance across the organization through education, monitoring, and accountability.
By integrating quality management with compliance, CBC is committed to advancing excellence in care delivery while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
